Ryuko enrolls in Honnouji Academy and meets the iron-willed Satsuki Kiryuin, president of the student council at Honnouji Academy. Ryuko has a scissor-shaped longsword that can cut Goku Uniforms. Her story is told through flashbacks and through experiencing other people’s stories as a ghostwriter.
