Messi Gave Back in a Big Way and Gave His Biggest Fan an Unforgettable Moment

The famous Argentinian is known for giving back to his fans in a big way, whether with full-page newspaper ads or signing autographs during training sessions. After hearing of the incredible devotion of this special centenarian, Lionel Messi responded to Hernan via video, and the gesture made national headlines in Argentina. His video message of hope included:

"Hello Hernan. Your story (has) reached me. It seems crazy to me that you have been recording my goals (and) in that way, and that is why I wanted to send you a big hug and thank you for what you do, for all your follow-up work."

The video of the conversation was posted on Mastrangelo’s Instagram, showing the sweet exchange. After watching Messi’s personalized video, a teary-eyed Hernan said, "I (have) always followed you and I will follow you. Until the end, I will walk behind you."
