Keanu Reeves' Selfless Action After Emergency Landing Inspires Us to Remain Humble, Always

We all live in fear of those instants that change everything -- a sudden tragedy or (almost tragedy) or emergency after which we are never the same, and it shows the stock we’re really made of.

Those moments happen to the rich and famous as well, such as actor Keanu Reeves who this past weekend was on a flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles when the airplane made an emergency landing  in Bakersfield, California (about a two hour drive from L.A.).

While any sort of airplane emergency is frightening, even

after landing, it’s scary to be hours away from where you are trying to be. The

group from the plane were stranded in a small regional airport, but Keanu Reeves saved

the day.

Now,

he could have just called himself an Uber and gone on with his day, but Reeves took

charge of the whole group, taking it upon himself to organize transportation

for himself and everyone else who had been on the plane, in

order to get them to their final destination.

And after making sure everyone was safe and handled, Reeves

could have still taken private transportation for himself. But he got on the

bus as well and then went on to entertain the frazzled passengers with Bakersfield knowledge.

“The population is about 380,000, making it the ninth-most populous city in

California and the 52nd most populous city in the nation.”

Talk about an excellent adventure. Keanu Reeves' action is great example of being humble and helping out in any way one can.
