20 Quotes About Change to Help You Embrace What’s Yet to Come

Change is a strong word and an even difficult thing to do or accept. Whether it’s change that’s happening around us or aspects we want/have to change about ourselves, things can get quite uncomfortable.

Of course, not everyone feels this way. There are a lot of people who embrace it, take the best out of it and use change in trying to improve themselves.

As individuals we always try to build or find our comfort zone and when something interferes with the normal functioning of our lives, we tend to react back. Apparently resistance to change is a natural response. Our best approach however, would be to keep an open mind and try to realize that our old ways are not the only ones that work.

Things permanently change and we, as people, change because we need to adapt. Sometimes we do it without even realizing it, other times we just feel the need to start fresh, eliminate bad habits and become better individuals.
