Ratajkowski, who rose to mainstream popularity after appearing in Robin Thicke’s music video for “Blurred Lines”, is now a top model who is the face of major brands such as Miu Miu and DKNY. She married film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard in 2018 at a courthouse ceremony after dating for only a few weeks. Together, they have a one year old son, Sylvester Apollo. After cheating rumors about Bear-McClard circled the internet, Ratajkowski filed for divorce earlier this year.

And as for Pete Davidson, need we say more? After a whirlwind romance with Kim Kardashian that began in October 2021, the pair decided to amicably call it quits in August 2022. While dating, Kardashian and Davidson continuously turned heads and made major headlines for every little move. The SNL alum and actor has been previously linked to other A-list ladies including Ariana Grande (whom he was briefly engaged to in 2018), Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber, and Phoebe Dynevor. Obviously, Davidson is no stranger to the public’s interest in his romantic relationships.

Pete Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski met on the set of the 2021 film Bodies, Bodies, Bodies, when their on-set friendship begins. The movie was produced by Ratajkowski’s ex-husband, and it also starred Davidson.

During the shooting of the film, it wasn’t strange to see Ratajkowski on set, and the two quickly grew fond of one another.

It’s clear to see that there were immediate sparks between the two before they even knew it! Many who worked on the set of Bodies, Bodies, Bodies say they aren’t surprised to learn the two are now dating.

In November 2021, the pair also shot an ad campaign for luxury outerwear brand Moose Knuckles, but there weren’t many developments about their friendship until Ratajkowski visited the Late Night with Seth Meyers to promote her book, My Body. Meyers asked her about her friendship with Pete, and she gushed that “He’s a professional…obviously women find him very attractive.” She also added that she admires his vulnerability and his relationship with his mother, calling him ‘lovely.’

After months of speculation, in early November, the pair were first spotted together romantically in New York. Accordingly to US Weekly, Ratajkowski gave Davidson a hug before handing him what appeared to be a birthday present as they headed into her building. They later reunited at a Brooklyn residence.

In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the model and podcast host admitted that in the wake of her very public split, “I feel anger, sadness. I feel excitement. I feel joy. I feel levity. Every day is different. The only good thing I know is that I’m feeling all those things, which is nice because it makes me believe that I’ll be okay.”

She also confirmed that she isn’t shying away from the dating scene. “I have gone on dates,” she joked.

Not long after her split, she was quickly rumored to be in a relationship with Brad Pitt and Orazio Rispo. The attention hasn’t always been easy, but the model has come to embrace the media circus and acknowledges that anyone she talks to immediately becomes a media target.

Ratajkowski is learning to remain grounded and to appreciate her new era. She’s much more active on her @EmRata TikTok, allowing herself to be freer with her 2.1 million followers. She is also confiding in a trusted group of friends, “They fill my life up.”

Pete Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski are two celebrities whose love lives will continue to be in the spotlight for as long as they are together and while it can become heavy-handed at times, it’s refreshing to see the two enjoying themselves whether or not they are an official item.
